Yasser Williams
Yasser Williams has excelled at giving advice to multiple Panamanian and foreign companies, consortiums, business groups and high net worth investors in the areas of Real Estate Law, including Tourism Development and Shopping Centers; Environmental Law; Tax Law; Public Procurement; International Law and Corporate Law.
Before founding Williams & Williams, he practiced law in prestigious law firms and as in-house advisor, and external consultant as well, to companies related to the creation of real estate projects in Panama.
In the same way, Yasser Williams is recognized for his contribution to the promotion and development of the film industry in Panama and the region, being President of the non-profit Foundation IFF PANAMA, which conducts the Panama’s International Film Festival. He also provides legal advice to the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Association.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Law and Political Science School of Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA). Member of the Panamanian Bar Association and the National Association for the Reforestation and Allied of Panama.
